Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or same-day cancellations without emergency communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This fee will be automatically processed via GlossGenius using the card on file. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may also be considered a no-show, depending on the service booked. Emergencies happen—just communicate. Consistent no-shows may result in blocked booking access. Off-Hours Appointments Policy Cuts By Lulu operates during regular business hours: Tuesday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Appointments requested outside of these hours (including Sundays and Mondays) are considered off-hours appointments and will incur an additional $25 surcharge on top of the regular service price.
